Obsidian Leisure’s Pentiment launched final week for PS5, PS4 and Nintendo Change after being unique to Xbox One, Xbox Collection X/S and PC. The side-scrolling 2D role-playing recreation helps 120 frames per second on PS5, which was a bonus. Nevertheless, in an odd twist, the Xbox Collection X/S model now solely runs at 60 FPS.
That is regardless of operating at 120 FPS beforehand. Whereas it’s not the most important challenge, particularly since Pentiment isn’t probably the most graphically intense title, it’s conspicuous. Thankfully, Obsidian design director revealed that the mode’s absence on Xbox Collection X/S is a bug. Will probably be obtainable once more within the recreation’s subsequent patch.
Keep tuned for when the patch goes stay, and take a look at our overview for Pentiment right here. Microsoft is bringing three extra titles to different platforms within the coming months, particularly Hello-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves on PS5 and Grounded for PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Change.
120fps will likely be enabled for XBOX within the subsequent patch. It being disabled is only a bug.
